Our Policy

Late Policy:

If you are running late to an appointment we ask you to contact us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will be a no show and we may release the appointment. After 10 minutes you're not guaranteed to been seen, and we may need to reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy:
We understand unforeseen events happen and you’re required to give us a notice at least 12 prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 12 hours notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $30.

 

No Show Policy:
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee $30. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless service is paid in full at time of booking. Non-refundable.

 

Makeup Policy:
Please thoroughly remove all makeup and oil before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and full price will apply.

No False lash Glue.

We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection. Also, Your lash Extensions are falling out faster than regular fill time ( it is normal if you loose between 3-5 lashes per day. its mean 2-3 weeks)

We offer complementary fix within 5 days, After 5 days standard pricing will apply.
